Accounts Payable Imports

Problem:
The import payment system struggled with 60,000+ exceptions and $1.5B in reconciliation issues annually. . The current system is slow and outdated.
Solution:
Crafted an end to end flow that allows users to quickly identify problems and where the responsibility for the solution belongs so that open exceptions can be resolved quickly, saving Walmart money in time spent on task and on late payment fees. Satisfaction scores rose from 2.69 to 6.14 out of 7 and usability surpassed industry SEQ of 5.4 to a whopping 6.42 out of 7.
My role :
Conducted research on existing consumer grade software, wrote and led interviews to better understand pain points, designed the landing page and large flows throughout the software, worked with the 4ITB to identify product requirements, created legacy documentation of decisions made,
