Problem:
Tech finance teams need better transparency and more reliable information for long-range planning that includes head count, cloud cost, hardware costs and software costs for better forecasting.
Solution:
We successfully delivered five distinct dashboards for the TCO group, including Executive Summary, Product Details, Hardware/Software (HW/SW) Insights, Labor Insights, and Business Views. Resulting in a soft launch of the reports, reaching 35 key financial planning users across Tech Finance, Tech Strategy, and a select group from the Tech Orgs.
My role :
Researched accessibility considerations, crafted and conducted interviews and A/B testing, created a mobile prototype to help the users envision the use case, created business validated personas, broke down barriers with business stakeholders to create a unified path forward.
