Career Development Materials

Problem:
Working at a large company means there is a lot of information available and a lot of resources, however they can be difficult to find and as adoption varies, so do standards.

Solution:
I created a master Figma document that helps individual users track their personal development with references to where the standard comes from. I've also crafted and tested a handbook for best design principles to create a higher standard for enterprise design at Walmart.

My Role
I ran workshops, interviewed designers at various levels within the company and then wrote the handbook used by the Associate Digital Experience team.
