Problem:
Business discovered they need a feature that they previously deemed as non-essential for bulk approvals in iCatalog months after hand-off, a quick solution was needed to increase work speed.
Solution:
I pulled my notes from previous conversations and re-visited with them previously discussed ideas to better understand how to incorporate the right solution. Turned around a final product within two sprints that met their needs.
